• LNWR Branch Lines, London, Home Counties & East Midlands

Volume seven of John Swift’s layout plans of the 1950s stays with the London & North Western Railway and visits the various branch lines in London and the East Midlands. The scope is quite wide ranging from the Stanmore, Rickmansworth & St. Albans lines at the London end; Aylesbury and Dunstable, Oxford and Cambridge (The Varsity Line), Northampton loop across to the outskirts of Peterborough and back to Rugby; then northward to Nuneaton, Leicester and Saxondale Junction.

If you are not sure whether the location that interests you is in this volume or a different one, a combined index of all the locations in the series can be downloaded from our main web site entirely free of charge.

This is an A4 card covered book with, generally, more than 1 diagram per page.
