The Signalling Record Society
Driffield
This video documents Driffield signal box, which is located on the line from Hull to Scarborough in East Yorkshire. Signaller Sam Elliott shows us how the box is worked and highlights some unusual features such as the lifting barriers being wheel-operated, despite the rest of the signalling being controlled from a panel.
This video is intended for viewing at a maximum screen resolution of 1920 pixels wide by 1080 pixels high. Please be aware that viewing at a larger size may result in a loss of clarity and a 'grainy' appearance.
