Visits to Network Rail Locations 😀
Visit to Stockport No.1, Stockport No.2 and Heaton Norris Signal Boxes
Schedule for Saturday 30th May 2026
10.45 Assemble at Manchester Piccadilly station. If time permits then it may be possible to include Hazel Grove and Manchester South Signalling Centre as well.
Transfer between locations will be a mix of rail and walking.
Participents will be expected to make a charity donation of not less than £20.
You need to pre-register your wish to join this tour as this will enable the organiser to co-ordinate the transport arrangements.

Visits to signal boxes involve lineside access. Follow this link to the lineside access requirements. Non-compliance with the requirements will mean you cannot join the tour.
